These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your use of our website and the services and goods we supply (the “Services”) under contracts formed between you (“Customer”) and RemiVida Limited (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. By placing an order or using our Services, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Interpretation & Definitions
‘Contract’ means the legally binding agreement between Us and you for the supply of Services.
‘Goods’ means any physical items supplied (e.g., prescribed medication).
‘Order’ means your request for Services or Goods via our website.
‘Durable Medium’ means a medium enabling you to store and access information (e.g., email, PDF).
3. Professional Standards & Regulatory Compliance
We operate under applicable UK regulations relating to medical services and pharmacy supply. All medical consultations, prescriptions, and supervision will be carried out by qualified healthcare professionals. We hold all necessary licences, registrations, and oversight required for prescribing or dispensing.
4. Services & Descriptions
We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions of all Services, but representations, images, and specifications are approximate. If you supply any special requirements or data, you must ensure they are correct.
5. Contract Formation
An Order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order prior to acceptance without liability (e.g., if eligibility criteria are unmet).
6. Fees, Payment & Pricing
Prices are stated in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. You must pay by accepted methods online (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). In case of payment failure, we may suspend fulfilment until payment is cleared.
7. Cancellation, Refund & Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel within 14 days (the “cooling-off period”) from receipt of goods or service activation, whichever is earlier. Refunds for Goods may be subject to deduction of processing or transaction fees, provided Goods are returned in original condition unless faulty.
8. Delivery & Risk
Risk in Goods passes to you on delivery. We aim to deliver within specified timeframes but do not guarantee delivery dates. For Services, consultations or supplies will occur at agreed times; failure due to third-party delay is not our liability.
9. Your Obligations & Representations
You confirm that all information you supply (medical history, prescriptions, etc.) is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to use any medication or service only as prescribed by our healthcare professionals. You should seek your own medical advice if unsure.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties other than those that cannot be excluded. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid (or replacement of defective goods). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. You acknowledge that clinical outcomes may vary and no results are guaranteed.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, designs, and software are owned or licensed by RemiVida. You may not reproduce or use these except for personal use.
12. Privacy, Data & Confidentiality
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy and maintain confidentiality of all clinical information in accordance with legal and professional standards.
13. Amendments to Terms
We may revise these T&Cs from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to new Orders placed thereafter.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, supply chain disruption, regulatory delay).
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
16. Disclaimers
By ordering any of our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We provide a private, medically supervised pathway for reducing alcohol use, but clinical decisions remain with qualified doctors. Use of any medication (e.g., Naltrexone) is subject to suitability assessment. We do not guarantee that Services will be effective for every individual and accept no responsibility for adverse reactions or misuse.
