Our prices are super competitive – we want you to be happy to start the process without having to spend hundreds of pounds at the outset. For this reason we offer a basic starter pack which provides you with all of the information you need to drink a bit less for less than £3 a day.

The starter pack lasts up to six weeks – the first week to ten days is used to become accustomed to the medications that are introduced at a low dose initially, with the dosage increasing up to the second week.

There is no commitment for you to continue after the starter pack is complete. We do not require subscriptions up front, which means that you simply need to successfully complete a repeat order assessment to order a one- or two-month supply of your medication. Remember, since repeat users will only be taking the medication on drinking days, this supply could last for months.

Initial Consultations

For people new to the Drink Less Method, there is a choice of two starter packs. For lighter drinkers who respond well to medication, the standard starter pack will be suitable. For those who may need the full 50mg daily drinking day dose, we recommend the extended pack to allow for the increased dose towards the end of the course.

Ongoing Pricing

Remember, there is no commitment to continuing after the initial course. For those wishing to continue, there is a choice of pack size to suit a variety of needs. For those on a 50mg drinking day dose, we recommend the large repeat pack, but for those with infrequent drinking days who have found the 25mg dose sufficient, a small or medium pack should last some months.
