By using our websites, submitting information to us, requesting clinical assessment, purchasing goods or services or otherwise participating in a RemiVida service, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2.5 RemiVida does not make individual prescribing decisions. Prescription decisions are made independently by appropriately qualified and registered healthcare professionals.

2.6 RemiVida may collect information, administer assessments, process payments, facilitate communication, coordinate prescriptions, liaise with pharmacies and laboratories and provide customer support.

2.7 Where an independent regulated professional or provider performs part of a service, that provider remains responsible for its own professional activities.

3. Treatment Areas

3.1 Services facilitated by RemiVida may relate to a variety of health areas, including:

  • alcohol reduction;
  • weight and appetite management;
  • female hormone health;
  • menopause-related treatment;
  • testosterone therapy;
  • DHEA treatment;
  • thyroid treatment;
  • metabolic health;
  • liver-health monitoring;
  • blood testing;
  • nutritional supplementation;
  • other areas introduced from time to time.

3.2 Not every service is appropriate for every person.

3.3 The presence of information about a treatment or medicine on a RemiVida website does not mean that the treatment is appropriate for you or that you will receive a prescription.

4. Eligibility and Your Information

4.1 Prescription-treatment services are intended only for persons aged 18 or over, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2 By using our services you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a contract;
  • information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful;
  • you are providing information about yourself and not another person;
  • you will disclose relevant medical conditions, medicines, supplements and allergies;
  • you will answer clinical questions truthfully;
  • you will notify the relevant healthcare professional of significant changes in your health where appropriate.

4.3 Safe healthcare depends upon accurate information.

Deliberately withholding or misrepresenting information may result in treatment being refused or discontinued and may create serious health risks.

4.4 We and our healthcare partners may require:

  • photographic identification;
  • proof of age;
  • photographs;
  • GP surgery details;
  • medical history;
  • details of current medication;
  • previous treatment information;
  • blood-test results;
  • weight and height information;
  • other information reasonably required for safe and lawful treatment.

4.5 RemiVida or a healthcare provider may decline, suspend or discontinue access where required information cannot be satisfactorily verified.

5. Independent Clinical Prescribing

5.1 All prescribing decisions are made independently by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

5.2 Where prescribing is undertaken by Mr Rishul Shah, he acts as an independent Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, GPhC No. 2074095.

5.3 RemiVida may work with other appropriately qualified prescribers in the future.

5.4 The prescriber is professionally responsible for clinical matters including:

  • medical assessment;
  • patient suitability;
  • diagnosis where relevant;
  • treatment selection;
  • whether a prescription should be issued;
  • medication strength and dose;
  • route of administration;
  • treatment duration;
  • monitoring requirements;
  • whether blood tests or further investigations are required;
  • whether treatment should be amended, suspended or discontinued.

5.5 RemiVida cannot require a prescriber to prescribe any medicine.

5.6 Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

5.7 The prescriber’s clinical judgement takes precedence over a patient’s requested medicine, dose or treatment.

6. Dispensing Pharmacy โ€“ Roseway Labs

6.1 Unless otherwise notified to you for a particular service, prescription medicines facilitated through RemiVida are dispensed and supplied by:

Galenic Laboratories Limited trading as Roseway Labs
Company No. 11155161

40 Clifton Street
London
EC2A 4DX

6.2 Roseway Labs is a pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Roseway currently publishes UK pharmacy registration numbers:

9013149 and 9012117

Superintendent Pharmacist:

Rupen Sedani โ€“ GPhC No. 2034551

These details are currently published directly by Roseway Labs.

6.3 Roseway Labs is an independent regulated pharmacy and is not owned or operated by RemiVida Limited.

6.4 Roseway is responsible for pharmacy services it provides, including where applicable:

  • receiving and processing prescriptions;
  • legal and pharmaceutical prescription checks;
  • dispensing;
  • sourcing medication;
  • preparation or compounding;
  • pharmacy quality controls;
  • medicine labelling;
  • packaging;
  • storage;
  • supply;
  • pharmacy records;
  • pharmacy-related patient safety;
  • dispatch of medicines.

6.5 RemiVida does not manufacture, compound or dispense prescription medicines.

6.6 Roseway retains its own professional discretion and may request clarification, request additional information, delay dispensing or decline to dispense where necessary for legal, regulatory, professional or patient-safety reasons.

6.7 The issue of a prescription does not automatically require Roseway to dispense it.

6.8 Where a different regulated pharmacy is used for a particular service, patients will be provided with appropriate information identifying that pharmacy.

7. Licensed, Off-Label and Unlicensed Medicines

7.1 Treatment facilitated through RemiVida may involve:

  • a licensed medicine prescribed within its UK marketing authorisation;
  • a licensed medicine prescribed off-label; or
  • where clinically appropriate and lawfully permitted, an unlicensed medicine or specially prepared medicine.

7.2 Off-label prescribing means that a licensed medicine is being prescribed in a way which differs from the terms of its marketing authorisation.

7.3 An unlicensed medicine has not received a UK marketing authorisation for general supply in the same manner as a licensed medicine.

7.4 The use of an off-label or unlicensed medicine is a clinical matter.

7.5 The independent prescriber is responsible for determining whether such treatment is clinically appropriate for an individual patient.

7.6 The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for determining whether it can lawfully and professionally supply the prescribed medicine.

7.7 Where appropriate, information about the licensed, off-label or unlicensed status of treatment will form part of the prescribing process.

8. Drink Less Method and Alcohol-Reduction Services

8.1 Drink Less Method provides access to services intended for suitable adults seeking support to reduce their alcohol consumption.

8.2 Treatment may include prescription medicines such as:

  • Naltrexone;
  • Nalmefene;
  • or other medicines selected by an independent prescriber.

8.3 References on our websites to Naltrexone, targeted Naltrexone, the Sinclair Method, Nalmefene or alcohol-reduction medication are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute individual medical advice.

8.4 Certain approaches involving Naltrexone may involve off-label prescribing.

8.5 The specific medicine, strength, dose and treatment protocol are determined by the independent prescriber.

8.6 We do not guarantee that any medication will:

  • eliminate alcohol cravings;
  • cause a particular reduction in drinking;
  • result in abstinence;
  • achieve a particular result within a specified period;
  • be effective for every patient.

8.7 References to the Sinclair Method or the work of Dr John David Sinclair should not be interpreted as a guarantee of treatment outcome.

9. Alcohol Dependence and Withdrawal

9.1 Drink Less Method is not an emergency service or a medically supervised alcohol-detoxification service.

9.2 Abruptly stopping or substantially reducing alcohol can be dangerous for someone who is physically dependent upon alcohol.

9.3 If you experience symptoms such as shaking, sweating, significant anxiety when you have not consumed alcohol, need alcohol in the morning to feel normal or have previously experienced significant alcohol withdrawal, you should seek appropriate medical advice before substantially reducing your alcohol intake.

9.4 Alcohol withdrawal can cause serious complications including seizures.

9.5 Where online alcohol-reduction treatment is considered inappropriate, the prescriber may decline treatment and recommend your GP, NHS services or specialist alcohol services.

9.6 In an emergency, call 999 or attend an appropriate emergency department.

10. Naltrexone and Opioids

10.1 Naltrexone has important interactions with opioid medicines.

10.2 Patients requesting Naltrexone must accurately disclose current or recent use of opioid-containing medicines and substances.

10.3 Examples may include codeine, tramadol, morphine and methadone, although this list is not exhaustive.

10.4 A patient should not determine the safety of combining medicines solely from information published on a RemiVida website.

10.5 Questions about medicine interactions should be addressed with the prescriber, dispensing pharmacist or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

11. Female Hormone Support

11.1 RemiVida facilitates access to female hormone-related assessment and treatment where independently considered clinically appropriate.

Our current website includes treatment pathways involving AndroFeme testosterone, DHEA and Natural Desiccated Thyroid, supported by blood testing and clinical monitoring.

11.2 Hormone services may involve:

  • medical screening;
  • assessment of symptoms;
  • blood testing;
  • independent clinical review;
  • prescription medication;
  • follow-up blood tests;
  • repeat clinical review;
  • dose adjustment.

11.3 Completing a hormone assessment or blood test does not guarantee treatment.

11.4 Treatment may be declined where laboratory findings, symptoms, medical history, other medication or other factors make treatment inappropriate.

12. Testosterone and AndroFeme

12.1 Testosterone treatment may be offered to suitable patients following independent clinical assessment.

12.2 Where AndroFemeยฎ is prescribed, patients should be aware that it is not currently licensed as a medicine in the UK and may therefore be prescribed as an unlicensed medicine where the prescriber considers this clinically appropriate. RemiVida’s current treatment information also requires clinical assessment and ongoing monitoring.

12.3 Testosterone treatment may require:

  • baseline blood testing;
  • clinical assessment;
  • subsequent blood testing;
  • dose review;
  • ongoing monitoring.

12.4 Treatment may be changed or discontinued based upon laboratory results, side effects, clinical response or other relevant information.

12.5 A previous prescription does not guarantee continuation of treatment.

13. DHEA Treatment

13.1 DHEA may be offered as part of a clinically supervised hormone-treatment pathway.

13.2 RemiVida’s current service information states that DHEA is not licensed as a medicinal product in the UK and may be prescribed where clinically appropriate.

13.3 DHEA treatment is subject to independent clinical assessment.

13.4 Blood testing and continued monitoring may be required.

13.5 The prescriber may change, withhold or discontinue treatment where appropriate.

14. Thyroid Treatment

14.1 RemiVida may facilitate thyroid-treatment services including Natural Desiccated Thyroid (โ€œNDTโ€) where independently considered appropriate.

14.2 NDT may also be described as desiccated thyroid extract or DTE.

14.3 RemiVida’s current treatment information states that its NDT pathway involves an unlicensed UK medicine and requires clinical assessment and monitoring of thyroid markers.

14.4 NDT will not be appropriate for every patient and may not be considered appropriate as first-line treatment.

14.5 Treatment may require:

  • baseline thyroid testing;
  • assessment of previous treatment;
  • ongoing thyroid-function testing;
  • clinical review;
  • dose adjustment.

14.6 The prescriber retains complete discretion regarding whether treatment should begin or continue.

15. Eat Less Method and Weight-Management Services

15.1 RemiVida intends to operate weight-management and appetite-management services under the Eat Less Method brand.

15.2 Eat Less Method may provide suitable adults with access to:

  • health screening;
  • weight and BMI assessment;
  • review of previous weight-management treatment;
  • independent prescribing assessment;
  • prescription medication where appropriate;
  • monitoring;
  • educational and behavioural-support material.

15.3 Treatment may involve liraglutide or other medicines independently selected by a prescriber.

15.4 The appearance of liraglutide or another medicine on the Eat Less Method website does not guarantee prescribing.

15.5 Depending upon the particular dose, indication, product and treatment protocol, treatment may involve off-label use.

15.6 Any decision to prescribe a medicine off-label is made independently by the prescriber.

15.7 RemiVida does not guarantee:

  • a particular amount of weight loss;
  • prevention of weight regain;
  • a reduction in appetite;
  • a particular BMI;
  • a specified rate of weight reduction;
  • improvement in metabolic markers;
  • continued eligibility for treatment;
  • that a particular medicine will be prescribed.

15.8 Weight-management assessment may include consideration of:

  • height and weight;
  • BMI;
  • photographs;
  • identity;
  • medical history;
  • medication;
  • previous GLP-1 treatment;
  • gastrointestinal history;
  • pancreatic history;
  • endocrine conditions;
  • pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • mental-health history;
  • eating-disorder history;
  • other matters considered clinically relevant.

15.9 The exact screening criteria and monitoring requirements are determined by the prescriber.

16. Blood Testing and Diagnostic Services

16.1 Certain RemiVida services include or offer blood testing.

16.2 RemiVida currently works with Healthy Human Labs Limited trading as Vitall for blood-testing services.

RemiVida’s existing service describes Vitall as working with UKAS-accredited laboratories.

16.3 Depending upon the service purchased, Vitall or another diagnostic provider may be responsible for:

  • supplying sample-collection kits;
  • sample logistics;
  • laboratory analysis;
  • laboratory reporting;
  • associated diagnostic services.

16.4 RemiVida does not itself operate a pathology laboratory.

16.5 Diagnostic providers may act as independent data controllers and service providers in relation to data and samples they process.

16.6 Blood testing may be required before certain prescription treatments can commence or continue.

16.7 Completing a blood test does not guarantee that medication will subsequently be prescribed.

16.8 Where a blood-testing service has already been supplied or laboratory analysis carried out, a refund will not ordinarily become due merely because subsequent treatment is declined.

16.9 Laboratory results should be interpreted in an appropriate clinical context and do not by themselves constitute individual medical advice from RemiVida.

17. Vitamin, Mineral and Nutritional Supplements

17.1 RemiVida may manufacture through contract partners, market and sell vitamins, minerals and other nutritional supplements.

17.2 These products are food supplements rather than prescription medicines, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

17.3 Our supplements are manufactured for RemiVida by a specialist professional third-party UK supplement manufacturer operating under documented quality-management and manufacturing systems.

17.4 The current manufacturing partner operates an ISO Class 8 cleanroom, maintains HACCP-based quality controls and states that its Good Manufacturing Practice procedures are certified by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.

17.5 RemiVida may change its manufacturing partner from time to time provided that appropriate quality and regulatory requirements continue to be met.

17.6 The manufacturing partner’s certifications, memberships and accreditations belong to that organisation and should not be interpreted as certifications awarded directly to RemiVida.

17.7 Supplements should be used only in accordance with the directions on the product label.

17.8 Customers should not exceed the recommended daily intake unless advised by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

17.9 Food supplements are not intended to substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

17.10 Unless expressly authorised by applicable law, RemiVida does not represent food supplements as preventing, treating or curing disease.

17.11 Any nutritional or health claims made for a supplement are intended to be made in accordance with applicable UK food and nutrition legislation.

17.12 Individual responses to supplements vary and no specific health result is guaranteed.

17.13 Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving medical treatment, taking prescription medication or who have relevant medical conditions should seek appropriate professional advice before using a supplement where indicated by its ingredients or labelling.

17.14 Supplements should be stored according to the product label and kept out of reach of children where appropriate.

18. Difference Between Supplements and Prescription Treatment

18.1 Purchasing a supplement does not constitute entering into a prescribing or clinical-treatment pathway.

18.2 A recommendation or description of a nutritional supplement does not constitute a prescription.

18.3 Supplements should not be used as substitutes for prescribed medication unless an appropriately qualified healthcare professional advises otherwise.

18.4 Where a supplement is sold alongside a RemiVida prescription service, the availability of the supplement does not imply that it has been individually prescribed or clinically recommended to every customer.

18.5 RemiVida may make certain supplements available to customers using Drink Less Method, Eat Less Method, hormone services or other pathways, but the supplement remains a separate consumer product unless expressly incorporated into an individual clinical treatment plan.

This is important for your Daily Restore concept because I would not want a customer later arguing that the supplement was represented as a necessary component of their Naltrexone treatment.

19. Orders and Contract Formation

19.1 Placing an order represents a request to purchase the relevant goods or services.

19.2 An automated order confirmation does not constitute clinical approval.

19.3 Where an order includes prescription treatment, a prescription will only be issued following appropriate independent clinical assessment.

19.4 We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • the patient is clinically unsuitable;
  • required information has not been supplied;
  • identity cannot be satisfactorily verified;
  • payment is unsuccessful;
  • fraud or misuse is suspected;
  • a prescription cannot lawfully be issued;
  • a pharmacy cannot lawfully or safely dispense;
  • a medicine or product is unavailable;
  • regulatory requirements prevent fulfilment;
  • an obvious pricing or website error has occurred.

19.5 Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any refund will be determined in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer law.

20. Prices

20.1 Prices are stated in pounds sterling unless expressly stated otherwise.

20.2 Prices may include one or more of:

  • RemiVida administrative services;
  • clinical assessment;
  • prescription fees;
  • medicine cost;
  • pharmacy dispensing or preparation;
  • blood testing;
  • supplements or other goods;
  • packaging;
  • delivery.

20.3 The precise contents of a package will be described on the relevant product or service page.

20.4 We may change prices at any time.

20.5 Price changes will not ordinarily affect an order already accepted.

21. Payments

21.1 Payment is generally required before a service begins.

21.2 Payment to RemiVida does not make RemiVida the prescriber or dispensing pharmacy.

21.3 We may collect and administer payments that include charges relating to services performed by independent providers.

21.4 Payment does not guarantee clinical approval.

21.5 We reserve the right to undertake reasonable fraud and payment-security checks.

22. Prescription Approval and Pharmacy Approval

22.1 Prescribing and dispensing are separate professional stages.

22.2 A prescriber issuing a prescription does not guarantee that the dispensing pharmacy will supply it.

22.3 A dispensing pharmacist may seek clarification or refuse supply where professionally required.

22.4 If dispensing cannot proceed, RemiVida will take reasonable steps to help determine an appropriate next step.

23. Repeat Prescriptions

23.1 A previous prescription does not guarantee a repeat prescription.

23.2 Repeat treatment may require:

  • a new assessment;
  • updated medical information;
  • information regarding side effects;
  • treatment-response information;
  • blood testing;
  • photographs;
  • weight information;
  • other monitoring.

23.3 A prescriber may decline a repeat prescription where continued treatment is no longer considered appropriate.

24. Delivery

24.1 Prescription medicines are dispatched by or on behalf of the dispensing pharmacy.

24.2 Supplements and other non-prescription goods may be dispatched by RemiVida, a fulfilment provider, manufacturer or other third-party logistics provider.

24.3 Delivery dates are normally estimates unless specifically guaranteed.

24.4 Delivery may be delayed by:

  • clinical queries;
  • pharmacy checks;
  • medicine preparation;
  • stock availability;
  • laboratory processing;
  • couriers;
  • weather;
  • industrial action;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

24.5 Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate delivery address.

24.6 You should contact us promptly where an order is missing, damaged or appears incorrect.

25. Cancellation and Refunds โ€“ Clinical Services

25.1 Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights.

25.2 Clinical services may begin shortly after your order is received.

This can involve administration, identity verification, medical-data processing and clinical assessment.

25.3 Where you expressly request a service to commence within an applicable statutory cancellation period, you may remain responsible for the reasonable cost of services already provided, where permitted by law.

25.4 Where a clinician has commenced or completed a clinical assessment, the relevant clinical fee may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

25.5 A customer is not automatically entitled to a full refund because a clinician decides not to prescribe.

The clinical assessment itself is a professional service and a decision not to prescribe can itself be the appropriate outcome of that service.

26. Prescription Medicines โ€“ Returns

26.1 For patient-safety reasons, prescription medicines that have left the pharmacy cannot ordinarily be returned to pharmacy stock for resale.

26.2 You should contact us immediately if medicine has been:

  • incorrectly supplied;
  • damaged;
  • lost;
  • incorrectly labelled;
  • or appears defective.

26.3 Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to incorrectly supplied, defective or misdescribed goods.

26.4 Unwanted medicines should be disposed of safely in accordance with pharmacy advice.

27. Supplements and Other Consumer Goods โ€“ Returns

27.1 Supplements and other non-prescription goods are treated separately from prescription medicines for cancellation and return purposes.

27.2 Where applicable, consumers may have statutory cancellation rights in relation to goods purchased online.

27.3 Products should be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging where reasonably required for a refund.

27.4 We may be unable to accept an opened or unsealed health-related product where applicable law permits refusal for health, hygiene or product-safety reasons.

27.5 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

27.6 Detailed returns instructions may be provided in a separate Returns Policy.

28. Treatment and Product Results

28.1 Individual responses to healthcare treatments and supplements vary.

28.2 RemiVida does not guarantee any particular:

  • clinical outcome;
  • reduction in alcohol consumption;
  • cessation of alcohol use;
  • weight loss;
  • appetite reduction;
  • prevention of weight regain;
  • increase in libido;
  • change in hormone symptoms;
  • change in energy levels;
  • improvement in thyroid symptoms;
  • improvement in blood-test results;
  • improvement in liver markers;
  • response to a nutritional supplement.

28.3 Testimonials, reviews, customer experiences and case studies do not guarantee another person’s outcome.

29. Patient Responsibilities

29.1 You are responsible for following your prescription label and instructions provided by your healthcare professional.

29.2 You must not:

  • share medication;
  • sell medication;
  • obtain treatment on another person’s behalf;
  • deliberately conceal relevant medical information;
  • alter a prescribed dose without appropriate advice;
  • use another person’s prescription.

29.3 You should seek appropriate medical attention for serious or unexpected symptoms.

29.4 RemiVida customer service should not be used as a substitute for emergency healthcare.

30. Complaints

30.1 Complaints should wherever possible be directed to the organisation responsible for the relevant service.

RemiVida matters

Complaints concerning:

  • orders;
  • payments;
  • website functionality;
  • RemiVida customer service;
  • administration;
  • non-prescription supplements;

should initially be directed to RemiVida via email at [email protected]

Clinical matters

Complaints relating specifically to clinical assessment or prescribing decisions should be addressed through the relevant prescriber or prescribing provider.

Pharmacy matters

Complaints concerning:

  • dispensing;
  • medicine preparation;
  • pharmacy labelling;
  • pharmacy supply;
  • pharmacy professional practice;

may be referred to:

Roseway Labs
40 Clifton Street
London
EC2A 4DX

Roseway’s published complaints procedure permits escalation to its Superintendent Pharmacist at that address.

30.2 RemiVida will where reasonably possible assist customers in directing a complaint to the appropriate provider.

30.3 Nothing prevents a customer from using applicable regulatory or statutory complaints procedures.

31. Personal Data and Health Information

31.1 RemiVida processes personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

31.2 Healthcare services may require processing of special-category health information.

Depending upon the service, this may include:

  • alcohol consumption;
  • medical history;
  • medications;
  • opioid history;
  • blood-test results;
  • liver results;
  • hormone levels;
  • menopause information;
  • libido or sexual-health-related information;
  • thyroid markers;
  • weight;
  • BMI;
  • photographs;
  • eating-disorder screening;
  • mental-health information;
  • pregnancy or breastfeeding information.

31.3 Information may be shared where necessary with:

  • independent prescribers;
  • Roseway Labs;
  • diagnostic providers;
  • laboratories;
  • payment providers;
  • technology providers;
  • delivery providers;
  • regulators or public authorities where legally required.

31.4 Regulated providers may act as independent data controllers for information processed for their own legal and professional purposes.

31.5 For example, a prescriber may have independent obligations concerning clinical records, while Roseway may have independent obligations concerning pharmacy records.

31.6 Full details are contained within the RemiVida Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

32. Communications

32.1 We may contact you using email, telephone, SMS or other contact information supplied to us where necessary in connection with your order or treatment.

32.2 You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate.

32.3 Electronic communications should not be used for emergencies.

32.4 Marketing communications will be managed separately in accordance with applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing requirements.

33. Medical and Health Information

33.1 Information contained on RemiVida websites is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

33.2 It does not constitute personalised medical advice unless expressly supplied to you by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional in the course of your treatment.

33.3 Website information should not be used to self-prescribe, diagnose a condition, alter medication or avoid appropriate medical care.

33.4 Information about medicines may change as clinical evidence, licences, guidance and regulation evolve.

34. Advertising and Health Claims

34.1 RemiVida aims to present treatment and product information responsibly.

34.2 No website statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of clinical efficacy or individual outcome.

34.3 Prescription-only medicines are subject to additional advertising restrictions.

34.4 Food supplements are subject to applicable food-information, nutrition and health-claims requirements.

34.5 Nothing in general educational content overrides the decision of a prescriber, pharmacist or other regulated healthcare professional.

35. Third-Party Providers

35.1 RemiVida relies upon independent providers including:

  • healthcare professionals;
  • pharmacies;
  • laboratories;
  • supplement manufacturers;
  • fulfilment companies;
  • couriers;
  • payment processors;
  • technology providers.

35.2 These organisations are not automatically employees of RemiVida.

35.3 Where they exercise independent regulated professional judgement, RemiVida does not control that judgement.

35.4 RemiVida may replace or add third-party providers where reasonably necessary.

35.5 Where a change materially affects a regulated healthcare service being provided to an existing patient, appropriate information will be provided.

36. Our Responsibility

36.1 RemiVida is responsible for exercising reasonable care and skill in relation to services that RemiVida itself provides.

36.2 Independent healthcare professionals and regulated providers remain responsible for their own professional activities.

For example:

  • the prescriber is responsible for their prescribing decisions;
  • Roseway is responsible for pharmacy services it performs;
  • a laboratory or diagnostic provider is responsible for diagnostic services it performs;
  • a supplement manufacturer is responsible for manufacturing activities undertaken by it.

36.3 This division of responsibility does not remove any responsibility which RemiVida itself has under applicable law.

36.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

36.5 We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was entered into, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

36.6 Consumer services are intended for private use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from use of consumer services for commercial purposes.

37. Website Availability

37.1 We aim to keep our websites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

37.2 We may update, suspend or modify a website or service where reasonably necessary.

37.3 Online availability of a medicine does not necessarily indicate pharmacy stock availability.

38. Intellectual Property

38.1 Unless otherwise stated, RemiVida owns or licenses the intellectual property associated with its brands, websites, written materials and original content.

38.2 This includes brands such as Drink Less Method and Eat Less Method, subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.

38.3 Website material may not be commercially copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission except where permitted by law.

  • resale of prescription products;
  • purchase on behalf of another person;
  • threatening or abusive behaviour;
  • unlawful activity;
  • misuse of payment mechanisms.

39.2 Any action taken will be proportionate and will not remove statutory consumer rights.

41.1 Healthcare services change over time.

We may change:

  • healthcare partners;
  • pharmacies;
  • laboratory providers;
  • supplement manufacturers;
  • product formulations;
  • treatment pathways;
  • prices;

41.2 Any changes remain subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

41.3 A material change will not ordinarily be applied retrospectively to an accepted order unless necessary for safety, regulatory compliance or with the customer’s agreement.

42. Changes to These Terms

42.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • legislation;
  • regulation;
  • business operations;
  • healthcare providers;

42.2 The version applying to an order will normally be the version in force when that order was placed.

42.3 Where a material change affects an ongoing service, we may provide additional notification.

43. Severability

43.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

43.2 The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

44. No Waiver

44.1 If RemiVida does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean the right has been waived.

45.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

45.2 Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory rights under the laws applicable where they live.
