The Sinclair Method (TSM)

Pioneered by  Dr. John David Sinclair, the method uses 50mg doses of Naltrexone to temporarily block the brainโ€™s reward response from alcohol consumption. The Drink Less Method is influenced by the Sinclair Method, but starts with titration doses of the medication to help minimise side effects.
