A science‑informed approach to improving your drinking habits

What is our Method?

Our Method is a UK‑based wellbeing programme designed for adults who want a structured, supported way to adjust their drinking habits.

It includes a private online assessment and access to independent UK‑registered clinicians who can review your information and determine whether a suitable option is available for you.

Our approach draws on established research exploring how certain prescribed options may influence the brain’s response to alcohol. This includes work by neuroscientists such as Dr David Sinclair, whose findings have informed many modern behaviour‑change frameworks.

The Method applies these principles within a UK clinical framework, combining clinician review and guidance with a practical approach designed for people who want to reduce their drinking and regain control, without necessarily stopping alcohol altogether.

Where appropriate, a lower introductory dose may be recommended initially, with the option to adjust if clinically suitable. Medication, when appropriate, is supplied through a UK‑registered pharmacy following independent clinician assessment.

What the programme includes

  • Private online assessment with UK-registered clinicians
  • Assessment for suitability for appropriate options
  • UK pharmacy dispensing and delivery where appropriate
  • A structured, research‑informed approach to habit change
  • Option to begin with a lower introductory dose where suitable
  • Ability to adjust to a standard dose if clinically appropriate
  • Tools to help you track your progress over time

The focus is on helping you build healthier, more sustainable drinking habits.
