Remivida Select
Personalised health support for Drink Less Method customers.

Introducing Bespoke Testosterone Cream for Men and Women
Remivida Select is an exclusive private service available to existing Drink Less Method customers who want a more personalised, clinician-led approach to their health, hormones and long-term wellbeing.
Many people start the Drink Less Method because they want to feel more in control, improve their health, support better energy, sleep more consistently, protect their future wellbeing, and feel like themselves again.
For some customers, reducing alcohol is only one part of the picture. Hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, metabolism and age-related changes can all affect how you feel day to day.
Remivida Select is designed to support that next step.
It gives eligible Drink Less Method customers access to carefully selected, clinician-led treatments that may support wider health and wellbeing when clinically appropriate.
One of the personalised treatments available through Remivida Select is bespoke testosterone cream for men and women.

Bespoke Testosterone Cream
Made to order. Clinician led. Based on your blood results.

Testosterone is often thought of as a male hormone, but it is important for both men and women. It can play a role in libido, energy, mood, motivation, muscle strength, body composition and overall vitality.
Levels can change with age, health, medication, stress, menopause, alcohol use, sleep disruption and other factors. Symptoms alone are not enough to know whether testosterone treatment is suitable, which is why Remivida Select uses a blood-test-led, clinician-approved process.
Our bespoke testosterone cream is compounded to your individual requirements and supplied in a metered pump system. It is available in a range of strengths, from ultra-low dose 0.1% through to high-strength 10%, where clinically approved.
This is not an off-the-shelf product.
Your strength is selected by a clinician after reviewing your assessment, blood results and medical history.
Why Remivida Select?
Remivida Select is built for Drink Less Method customers who want a more complete and personalised approach to health optimisation.
Rather than offering a generic hormone product, we use a clinician-led pathway that looks at whether testosterone treatment is appropriate for you as an individual.
Alongside our bespoke compounded testosterone cream, Drink Less Method may also prescribe established branded testosterone options where clinically appropriate, including AndroFemeยฎ for women and Testogelยฎ for men.
The aim is simple: personalised treatment, prescribed responsibly.
With Remivida Select, your treatment is:
- Available only to Drink Less Method customers
- Reviewed by a clinician
- Based on blood test results
- Prescribed only where clinically appropriate
- Compounded to your specific requirements
- Supplied in a metered pump for clear dosing
- Available in low-dose and higher-strength options
- Monitored over time where required
Who is bespoke testosterone cream for?

Bespoke testosterone cream may be suitable for selected men and women who have symptoms that may be linked to low or suboptimal testosterone and whose blood results support treatment.
These symptoms can have many causes. Testosterone treatment is only considered after blood testing and clinician review.
It may be considered if you are experiencing symptoms such as:
- Reduced libido
- Low energy
- Reduced motivation
- Low mood
- Poor concentration
- Reduced exercise recovery
- Loss of muscle strength
- Changes in body composition
- Reduced sense of wellbeing
Personalised strengths from ultra-low dose to high strength
Different people need different doses.
Some women may require an ultra-low-dose preparation. Some men may require a higher-strength option. Others may need careful dose adjustment over time based on their blood results and response.
Remivida Select offers a bespoke testosterone cream range from 0.1% to 10%, allowing your clinician to select the most appropriate strength for your requirements.
Each pump delivers 0.5 mL of your prescribed cream.

| Cream strength | Testosterone per pump | Concentration | Dose category |
| 0.1% | 0.5 mg per pump | 1 mg/mL | Ultra-low dose |
| 0.2% | 1 mg per pump | 2 mg/mL | Very low dose |
| 0.4% | 2 mg per pump | 4 mg/mL | Low dose |
| 1% | 5 mg per pump | 10 mg/mL | Moderate dose |
| 2% | 10 mg per pump | 20 mg/mL | Higher dose |
| 5% | 25 mg per pump | 50 mg/mL | High strength |
| 10% | 50 mg per pump | 100 mg/mL | Highest-strength option |
Your clinician will choose the strength. You should not choose or change your dose yourself.

How long does each tube last?
Each pump delivers 0.5 mL of cream.
This means:
- A 50 mL tube provides approximately 100 pumps
- A 100 mL tube provides approximately 200 pumps
How long your cream lasts depends on how many pumps your clinician prescribes each day.
| 50 mL tube – Prescribed use | Approximate duration |
| 1 pump daily | 100 days / around 3.3 months |
| 2 pumps daily | 50 days / around 1.6 months |

| 4 pumps daily | 50 days / around 1.6 months |
Your clinician will confirm your prescribed dose and how long your supply is expected to last.
Why blood testing is required
Testosterone is a prescription-only medicine. It should only be used when clinically appropriate.
A blood test is required before treatment because it helps your clinician understand your hormone levels and check important safety markers.
Follow-up blood testing may also be required after starting treatment or changing dose.
This helps your clinician check whether your treatment is working as intended and whether it remains safe.
Your blood test may include:
- Total testosterone
- Free testosterone or calculated free testosterone
- SHBG
- Oestradiol
- LH and FSH
- Prolactin
- Full blood count and haematocrit
- Liver function
- Lipids
- HbA1c or glucose
- PSA, where clinically appropriate

Choose Your Blood Test
Before bespoke testosterone cream can be prescribed, you will need a blood test. This helps the clinician understand your hormone levels, check key safety markers and decide whether testosterone treatment is clinically appropriate.

| Simple Testosterone Test with TASSO | ยฃ99 incl. TASSO collection option | At-home TASSO collection, where available |
The testosterone-only test is designed to give a simple starting point. Which test should I choose?
Choose the Simple Testosterone Test if you only want to check testosterone before speaking with the clinician.
Choose the Enhanced Liver Function Blood Test for Men or Women if you want testosterone or hormone insight alongside liver health.
Choose the Full Blood Profile if you want the most complete picture before starting personalised treatment.
Blood testing does not guarantee that testosterone cream will be prescribed. Treatment is only supplied where the clinician confirms it is suitable and clinically appropriate.
Off The Shelf, Licensed Alternatives for Men & Women
AndroFemeยฎ for Women
A fixed-strength testosterone cream option for women
Alongside our bespoke compounded testosterone cream range, Remivida Select can also offer AndroFemeยฎ for suitable women, where clinically appropriate.
AndroFemeยฎ is a testosterone cream developed specifically for women and may be considered as part of a wider clinical assessment, particularly for women experiencing symptoms that may be associated with low testosterone levels, most commonly after menopause.
Unlike our bespoke compounded testosterone cream, which can be prepared in different strengths according to your requirements, AndroFemeยฎ is only available in one fixed strength. This may make it a suitable option for some women, while others may require a more personalised compounded preparation.
From ยฃ199 per 3-month treatment

AndroFemeยฎ vs bespoke testosterone cream
| Option | Best suited to | Strength flexibility | Approach |
| AndroFemeยฎ | Women who are suitable for a fixed female testosterone cream | One fixed strength | Clinician-led, based on assessment and blood results |
| Bespoke compounded testosterone cream | Men or women who need an individually selected strength | 0.1% to 10% | Made to order according to clinical requirements |
Which option is right for me?
Some women may be suitable for AndroFemeยฎ, especially where a fixed-strength female testosterone cream is appropriate.
Others may be better suited to a bespoke compounded testosterone cream, where the clinician can prescribe a personalised strength from ultra-low dose through to higher strengths according to blood results, symptoms and treatment goals.
Your clinician will decide which option is most appropriate for you.

Licensed Testosterone Gel for Men
Testogelยฎ 16.2 mg/g – available through Remivida Select
Remivida Select gives Drink Less Method customers access to clinician-led testosterone support, with both bespoke compounded creams and licensed testosterone options available where clinically appropriate.
For men who are suitable for a licensed testosterone treatment, we can offer Testogelยฎ 16.2 mg/g gel in a metered pump.
Testogel is a licensed testosterone replacement therapy for adult men with confirmed testosterone deficiency. It is prescribed only after blood testing, clinical assessment and approval by a clinician.
This option may be suitable for men who prefer a licensed branded treatment rather than a bespoke compounded cream.

Frequently Asked Questions
Testosterone cream is applied to the skin. The testosterone is absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream.
The goal is to restore testosterone to an appropriate level under medical supervision.
Treatment is not designed to push testosterone above normal levels. It is not intended for bodybuilding, sports performance enhancement or general non-medical use.
Your clinician will use your symptoms, blood results and safety markers to decide whether treatment is suitable and what strength should be prescribed.
Your clinician will tell you exactly how many pumps to apply, how often to use it and where to apply it.
General application guidance:
- Apply only the number of pumps prescribed.
- Apply to clean, dry skin.
- Rub the cream in gently until absorbed.
- Wash your hands after applying.

- Avoid washing the application area immediately after use.
- Avoid close skin-to-skin contact with the application area until the cream has fully absorbed or the area is covered.
Do not increase your dose or change your application site unless your clinician tells you to.

- Keep the application area covered where appropriate
- Avoid direct skin contact with the application area

In women, testosterone should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding and should be avoided if pregnancy is possible unless your clinician has specifically advised otherwise.
Tell your clinician before starting treatment if you are trying for a baby now, may want children in the future, are pregnant, breastfeeding or could become pregnant.
